Global Readings Level 5 Print Anthology is a Macmillan Student's Book supplement for A2 primary learners, usually age 10-11. The blended pack contains the printed reading anthology plus the Digital Student's Book on Macmillan Education Hub. It is used beside Academy Stars 5, Give Me Five 5 or another Level 5 English course, not as a full coursebook. Texts cover longer fiction, mysteries, historical fiction, science articles, biographies, poetry with simple figurative language and first drama excerpts. The digital book has audio and video for every text, self-marking activities and templates for Venn diagrams and evidence quotations. Post-reading work trains summary, author's point of view, evidence evaluation and short paragraph responses.
