Global Readings Level 1 — Print Anthology (Student's Book + Digital SB)

Global Readings Level 1 is a Macmillan print anthology pack for Pre-A1 primary learners aged about 6-7. It supplements a main English course with one weekly reading lesson. The printed Student's Book has first-reading texts such as captions, rhymes, picture stories, fairy tales and very short non-fiction on animals, nature and daily life. The included Digital Student's Book adds the e-book, audio for every text, selected story videos and self-marking post-reading tasks. Activities check literal understanding, sequencing, characters, simple personal response and short oral retelling. It pairs with Academy Stars 1, Give Me Five 1, Marbles 1 or another Level 1 primary course; it is not a standalone coursebook.
