These terms govern the use of britanica.md and the contractual relationship with the customer.
A confirmed order is a purchase offer. Our acceptance (email confirmation) concludes the contract.
All prices are in Moldovan leu with VAT. Delivery cost is shown at checkout.
Books are sold "while stocks last". If a SKU runs out after your order — we notify you and refund in full.
Per consumer rights law — 14 days for sealed stock. Books with opened e-zone code or signs of use cannot be returned.
Disputes are settled amicably first. Otherwise — competent courts in Chișinău.
