Learning Stars Level 1 - Pupil's Book Pack with Resources is Macmillan's main coursebook pack for 4-5 year olds at Pre-A1 level. The Pupil's Book introduces classroom words, body parts, food, animals, weather and short first sentences such as "I have..." and "It's a...". Stories, songs, chants and role-play support oral practice, while synthetic phonics starts with the s, a, t, i, p, n group. The pack contains the printed Pupil's Book, DVD-ROM Digibook and a Macmillan Education Everywhere webcode. The Activity Book is sold separately, so families usually add it for handwriting and extra practice.
